La Ronde unveils an improved version of the Festival of Fear!
Montreal, September 22, 2025 — This year, La Ronde is delighted to present a reimagined edition of its famous Festival of Fear, presented by Fizz. Last year’s experience has been redesigned to offer an even more terrifying, immersive and thrilling adventure.
La Ronde remains a huge open-air haunted house!
Every weekend from October 4 to 26, and on Friday 24 October, the park is once again transformed into a gigantic open-air haunted house, with several reworked fear zones , each one scarier than the last, as well as a new “The Carnage of the Clowns” Zone.
Everywhere on the site, creatures prowl in the shadows, ready to appear at any moment. With nearly 100 characters at large, each visitor will find themselves immersed in an atmosphere of life-size horror.
The return of the Awakening Show — Even more spectacular
At the Place d’Animation, the popular Awakening Show returns with a brand new staging. Offered to a greater number of visitors, this iconic Festival of Fright show features more than 50 terrifying creatures in a 25-minute choreographed performance. Expect renewed décor and a chilling atmosphere.

This year, we are once again offering the exclusive VIP experience for those who wish to experience fear in style! We have added fast entry to the fear zones. Tickets for this VIP experience are limited – the VIP experience includes:

Every weekend in October, children and families will be able to enjoy shows and entertainment all day long at the Children’s Pumpkin Festival.
We invite you to attend the new shows by Ribambelle et les citrouilles and Monstres Moches. You will also be able to meet the King and Queen of the Kingdom of Sweets as well as Princess Licorice, and embark on a quest to find six Creatures that are each more endearing and amusing than the last in the Land of Ribambelle.
Sweet surprises will be distributed to friends on site. Throughout the day, children will be able to have fun in complete safety at the Pays de Ribambelle and at the DinoParc, where there are a dozen attractions designed especially for them.
Be warned, after 5:30 p.m., HELL will break loose, and the park will transform into one massive haunted house, more terrifying than ever. Thus, our evenings are not recommended for children 12 years old and under.
