NEW PASSES
I have a 2026 Silver Pass. What happens to my pass?
No changes are made to the Silver Pass. The validity dates remain unchanged. You can enjoy your pass normally until September 7, 2026. Please note that additional fees will apply to use the Silver Pass on fireworks days.
I have a 2026 Gold Pass. What happens to my pass with the arrival of the new passes?
Gold Passes 2026 purchased before May 14 remain valid and retain all their benefits. They also benefit from a new advantage: unlimited access to the following outdoor water parks: Valcartier, Calypso, and Wet’n’Wild Toronto for the 2026 season.
The pass must have been activated at La Ronde before visiting the other parks.
I have a 2026 Prestige Pass. What happens to my pass with the arrival of the new passes?
My 2026 pass gave me access to Canada's Wonderland and other Six Flags parks. Will I still be able to visit these parks?
Can I use my free friend tickets at the outdoor water parks?
My La Ronde Gold Pass gives me a parking discount. Can I benefit from this discount at the outdoor water parks?
My La Ronde Gold or Prestige Pass has benefits. Can I benefit from these at the outdoor water parks?
No. All benefits related to your La Ronde season pass can be used only at La Ronde. Your pass only gives you access to the entrance of the outdoor water parks.
Is my La Ronde dining pass valid at the water parks?
No. With a La Ronde season pass, only entrance to the water parks is included. All the benefits of your pass as well as its complementary products are valid only at La Ronde.
I have already purchased a product complementary to my La Ronde season pass (dining pass, Drink Plus pass, souvenir season bottle, or seasonal fast pass). Will I be able to enjoy it during the 2026 season?
Yes. All complementary products already purchased for the 2026 season remain valid. You will be able to enjoy them normally at La Ronde only, according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Where can I purchase the new La Ronde pass?
La Ronde retains its current website.www.laronde.com
It is therefore possible to purchase the new passes and complementary products in the same way as before.
I currently have a 2026 season pass with monthly payments. What happens to my payments with the new company?
All transactions as well as payment plans continue to be managed on the Six Flags transactional platform, as before.
My passes are registered in the La Ronde app. Does the app still exist?
Yes. For the moment, the Six Flags app remains functional for La Ronde.
You can still add your passes and view the park map in digital version.
What is the procedure for visiting the outdoor water parks with a La Ronde season pass?
The pass must have been activated at La Ronde before being able to enjoy these new benefits.
Unlimited access to the water parks is done by presenting your La Ronde pass at the entrances of the outdoor water parks. At Valcartier, present your La Ronde pass at the group counter / ticket office.
Unlimited access means that you can visit, as many times as you wish, the Valcartier, Calypso, and Wet’n’Wild Toronto parks during their 2026 season.
Valcartier: Until August 30, 2026
Calypso: Until September 7, 2026
Wet’n’Wild Toronto: Until September 13, 2026
What is the procedure for visiting La Ronde with a Valcartier, Calypso, or Wet'n'Wild Toronto season pass?
Once at La Ronde, go to the customer service tent to obtain your access. You will then be directed to the entrance to access the park.
When are the free friend tickets valid with a Gold Pass purchased before July 2?
The 2 free friend tickets are valid as follows:
- 1 ticket is valid for a single visit on August 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, or 27.
- 1 ticket is valid for a single visit on a Sunday in September.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT LA RONDE:
What happens in case of rain?
For your safety, certain rides must stop operating if it rains. Certain weather conditions may force park management to close rides. Most food concessions and shops remain open, however. Please note that no refund or compensation is offered in the event of a total or partial premature closure of the park. The reopening of rides is conditional on compliance with safety conditions, which depend on several factors, including weather conditions.
What happens if I lose a personal item during my visit to La Ronde?
Come claim or report your lost items at the first aid station near the Demon. You can also do so by filling out the form by scanning the QR code present at the exit of certain rides or near customer service. La Ronde cannot be held responsible for items left on the platform during your ride. During a ride, make sure you do not have any objects on you that could fall during a ride (e.g., cell phones, cameras, money, sandals, sunglasses, etc.). La Ronde and its employees cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. Items lost in the secure areas of rides will only be retrieved at park closing (if possible), and kept temporarily at customer service, which you can contact for any information.

What can I do if I lose my pass?
Go to customer service, located at the park entrance, with proof of identity and we will provide you with a new pass. A fee of $15 will be charged for the replacement of a lost card.
How should I proceed to re-enter La Ronde after leaving for a personal reason?
A visitor who leaves the park and plans to return the same day must ensure they have their hand stamped by an attendant at the exit BEFORE passing through the turnstiles (this also applies to a pass holder). When the visitor returns to the park, they must present themselves at a turnstile with their ticket or pass, as well as the appropriate stamp. Re-stamping is a violation of La Ronde policies and is strictly prohibited. The pass can only be scanned once per day, hence the importance of not forgetting to get a re-entry stamp. Please note that, on certain event days, re-entries may be prohibited after a certain time.
Can I bring my own food to La Ronde?
No. It is not permitted to bring food, beverages, and coolers inside La Ronde.
Upon presentation of medical documentation to the security officer, certain foods will be accepted.
Only baby food and breast milk are accepted, as well as healthy snacks for children under 5.
What snacks can we enjoy at La Ronde?

Can I bring my water bottle to La Ronde?
Metal or plastic water bottles are accepted in the park. Water points are available to refill them on site.

What types of items are prohibited on the La Ronde site?
Prohibited within the park are items such as: rigid coolers, inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, motorcycle helmets, knives, cans, glass containers… Click here to see all items prohibited inside the park.
What is La Ronde's policy regarding alcoholic beverages?
Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought to La Ronde. However, it is possible to purchase them at various points of sale in the park. Excessive alcohol consumption may result in expulsion from the site, without refund or compensation. Alcohol consumption is prohibited for those under 18 and proof of identity is required when purchasing alcoholic beverages. In addition, alcohol consumption is prohibited in all La Ronde parking lots.
Is it possible to leave purchases somewhere without having to use a locker?
When you make a purchase in our souvenir shops, it is possible to leave your purchases there for the day and come pick them up when you leave. The pickup points are the Emporium (at the main entrance) and the Confectionery (at the Village entrance). This will allow you to enjoy your day without your purchases being cumbersome! Applicable in all La Ronde souvenir shops. On purchase only.
Does La Ronde have a dress code?
As we are a family park, as well as for health and safety reasons, La Ronde applies a strict dress code. Visitors must be dressed decently and wear a shirt and appropriate shoes at all times. Clothing displaying vulgar and offensive language or graphics, as well as swimsuits, are prohibited. Access to the park may be denied if your clothing is considered inappropriate by park management.
Is there a place where I can leave my personal belongings?
You can rent lockers for the day. Locker rental is done at the rental counter located on the left when you enter through the main entrance. First come, first served. Fees are $13 for large lockers and $10 for small lockers.

Do you have suggestions if a member of our group gets lost?
At the beginning of your visit, plan a time and place to meet. We are unfortunately unable to make intercom calls; we therefore suggest you leave messages for them at Customer Service. This same service collects lost children while waiting for the persons responsible for them to come get them. To prevent inconveniences, upon your arrival at La Ronde, our security officers will offer you a bracelet for your child(ren) on which you can write your cell phone number. Thus, in the event that your child gets lost, our team will be able to reach you quickly. These bracelets are available upon request from all our security officers, as well as at Customer Service.
What is Fast Pass and how does it work?
Fast Pass is an electronic reservation system that waits in line for you at certain rides while you enjoy other attractions. Learn more about the various options offered by Fast Pass here. These are offered in limited numbers inside the site and are not included in the general admission ticket price.
Is smoking allowed in the park?
La Ronde allows smokers to smoke only in areas identified as smoking areas. Apart from these predetermined places, La Ronde is a smoke-free park and smoking is strictly prohibited. The same regulation applies to electronic cigarettes. Please note that we do not sell cigarettes on the La Ronde site. To find out about smoking areas, consult the park map.
How does the official measurement for rides work?
To enjoy your experience at La Ronde pleasantly, start your day by visiting us at Customer Service located at the main entrance. One of our team members will be happy to list the rides accessible to your child. After measuring your child, we will give them a bracelet on which their height is visually indicated, to facilitate the procedure at the rides. However, for safety reasons, ride attendants have the final say regarding visitor height. Please note that wearing shoes is mandatory at all times on site and we will therefore measure your child with their shoes (sneakers or appropriate sandals).
ACCESSIBILITY
Are pets allowed at La Ronde?
Pets are prohibited in the park with the exception of guide dogs (or in training) and it is not permitted to leave your pet in your car during your visit to La Ronde. For more information on these exceptions, please refer to our Persons with Functional Limitations page.
What safety restrictions apply for access to rides?
Safety on rides is a priority. To this end, certain visitors may be denied access to some rides if their safety is compromised due to their weight, height, reduced mobility, or if the ride cannot operate properly.

Contact us for any specific questions. There is an inherent risk in using rides, so we expect visitors to use good judgment and act responsibly. Visitors must obey all verbal or written warnings, they must use equipment appropriately and safely. Persons who do not respect La Ronde rules may be expelled from the site without refund, exchange, or compensation.
Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?
Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the main entrance near the lockers and at the Village entrance in the Village shop, which is also near the lockers. For rental, it is necessary to present valid identification. First come, first served. Fees apply.
How does ride access work for visitors with reduced mobility?
To enjoy your experience pleasantly, start your day by visiting us at Customer Service at the main entrance. We will help you list the rides accessible to the persons concerned. Persons with hearing, visual, or other impairments that may affect understanding of safety instructions must notify the ride attendant before boarding. We are parents with a young child, but we would like to go on a ride like Goliath. What can we do?
One of the adults must wait in the ride queue, while the second parent waits at the exit with the child. Once the first parent has completed the ride, the second parent can take their place on the attraction. For more information, contact customer service located at the park entrance. They will indicate the procedure to follow and the designated location for the parent waiting with the child.
ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE
Can I buy my ticket at the park?
To enjoy the park, remember to buy your ticket or pass directly online, right here. It’s simple, fast, and mandatory!
What should I do before making any purchase:
- Make sure to carefully review your selection before making your final purchase because we do not offer any exchange, refund, or compensation. The attendants who help you with the purchase of your online tickets cannot process refunds under any circumstances.
- Your tickets are not transferable. A ticket purchased for La Ronde will only be accepted at La Ronde and at no other Six Flags park.
- Tickets purchased for special events are only accepted on the day of the event.
- As for fireworks tickets, you can reuse them as a one-day ticket during the season in which they were purchased. However, if you do not come on the date indicated on the ticket, you lose your privilege of having a seat for the Fireworks.
What should I do if I want to print my tickets purchased online?
It is entirely possible to present your ticket on printed paper. Don’t forget to assign a name to each ticket before printing them. You will be asked to register each ticket once the purchase is complete by clicking on the “Print and Enter” logo on the purchase confirmation screen.
If you do not know the names of the people who will use the tickets or passes, the spaces must be filled in by the purchaser with their own information for all passes. Corrections will be made by our attendants during your first visit. For security reasons, including online fraud, each visitor must present photo identification that matches the name on the ticket when passing through the turnstiles.
Printing the ticket is not mandatory. You can present your entry tickets from your phone upon admission.
How can I view my electronic receipt or consult my tickets?
Once the purchase is complete, an email will be sent to you. Keep this email, it allows you to directly access your electronic receipt.

PRICES AND ADMISSION
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets or passes?
Make sure you have chosen the tickets and/or passes and/or complementary products you want before purchasing them because there is no exchange or refund. In addition, there is no exchange, refund, or compensation in case of special situations (unfavorable weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, premature closure, etc.).
What can I do if I have an unused pass that is expired?
Passes purchased at La Ronde or online cannot be used once their expiration date has passed. They are only valid for the current season.
Do you offer a discount for people who do not wish to go on rides?
Six Flags offers a single rate that includes access to all rides. For our visitors wishing for a reduced rate, pregnant women as well as persons 60 years and older can benefit from it upon presentation of identification. To obtain your entry ticket, simply go to customer service: we will be happy to help you!

Does my child need a ticket or pass?
Admission for a child who is 2 years old or younger is free. A visitor needs a one-day ticket or pass starting at age 3.
What does the La Ronde admission ticket include?
With a one-day ticket or pass, you enjoy the park, rides, and shows with free entry. Certain exclusions apply: specific games, arcade terminals, and paid attractions (Sling Shot and Catapult).
What are the possible payment methods?
La Ronde now operates cashless and only accepts card and mobile payments. You can pay for your purchases using a Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit card. Do you only have cash? Convert it to a prepaid card at one of our kiosks; there are several in the park. You will not pay any fees to convert your money. We strongly encourage you to prepay for your parking, tickets, and other products online before your visit to the park.

What can I do if I forget my pass?
You can go to Customer Service, located at the main entrance of the park, with identification to obtain a replacement pass. We advise you to enter your pass information in the Six Flags app to avoid any inconvenience in case of forgetting during your visit.
Can I use my pass at other Six Flags parks?

Is my pass transferable?
Under no circumstances can a pass be used by a person other than the legitimate holder. This practice being considered fraud, the holder, as well as the offender, is subject to a site ban for a determined period as well as prosecution. Offenders will be expelled from the site and the pass will be canceled without any refund. Criminal and civil proceedings could be initiated.
