Items left unattended outside ride entrances will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.

Guests aged 18 and over may purchase alcoholic beverages on site. Proper identification is required for the purchase and/or consumption of alcohol.

It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages onto La Ronde’s premises. Alcoholic beverages purchased on site must be consumed before leaving the park. Intoxicated guests may be removed from the park without refund. La Ronde reserves the right to take additional measures with respect to intoxicated guests, as applicable.

La Ronde is not responsible for lost or stolen bottles and they cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

We expect all guests to behave appropriately in a family environment. Line jumping, profanity and disorderly behaviour are considered offensive to other park guests and may result in removal without refund. Reserving a place in line or cutting ahead of others is prohibited. If you leave the line and choose to return, you must rejoin at the back of the line.

To ensure that all park guests can enjoy their visit, in keeping with our family environment, and for health and safety reasons, La Ronde has adopted and enforces a dress code. Guests must dress casually and comfortably, according to the local climate. All guests must wear appropriate clothing at all times, such as shirts or tops, shorts or pants, and shoes while on the theme park premises.

Guests must cover up or wear a shirt or top and shorts or pants over their swimsuit while enjoying the theme park.

As a general rule, guests should avoid wearing clothing that could be considered inappropriate within our family environment. Clothing and visible tattoos depicting violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics are prohibited at all times. Individuals whose clothing may be considered inappropriate will not be permitted to turn their clothing inside out as a solution.

La Ronde reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose attire does not comply with the guest dress code or could negatively affect other guests’ experience, and who refuses all reasonable solutions offered. Guests who need to adjust their attire to comply with the guest dress code must report to Guest Services upon arrival at the park.

Examples of prohibited clothing include items displaying:

  • Profanity
  • Pornography
  • Graphic violence
  • Support for drugs and drug use
  • Gang symbols
  • Promotion of discrimination against any group

To ensure the safety of all our visitors, please note the following rules regarding Halloween costumes.

Persons aged 13 and over may wear costumes. Makeup is limited to half of the face and masks are prohibited. Handheld accessories are not permitted.

Children under 12 may wear costumes, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Masks and makeup are permitted. Handheld accessories such as magic wands or crowns are permitted.

In all cases, it is prohibited to be in possession of toy guns, pitchforks, as well as blood-stained accessories.

Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.

Passport photo-taking cannot be done if you are wearing makeup.

Costumes may not include capes or other components that could compromise passenger safety on rides.

La Ronde invites you to use good judgment regarding your costumes. “Spectacular”-type costumes are strictly prohibited. Organizing photo sessions between costumed visitors is prohibited. The acceptability of your costume will be determined by security officers at the entrance and is not subject to negotiation.

Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests who choose to leave a queue line for any reason may not return to the same spot and must rejoin at the back of the line. Guests are not permitted to reserve places in line for other guests. Individuals who violate this rule will be removed without refund.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, La Ronde prohibits the operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on, from, or above La Ronde’s premises without specific written consent. This includes all drones, regardless of their size, weight or purpose.

For your safety, some attractions may need to close in the event of bad weather such as thunderstorms, heavy rain or high winds. Most restaurants and shops will remain open. Rides will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds or rain checks are offered in the event of bad weather.

Guests must not use rude or abusive language, symbols or gestures toward other guests and our staff members. Guests who do so may be removed from the park without refund.

Cameras mounted on a vehicle, a drone, a cart, a scooter or any other moving object.

No cameras of any kind are permitted on rides at any time. No exceptions.

All La Ronde rides, shows and attractions are protected by copyright. Guests must have written authorization from an authorized La Ronde representative to use La Ronde photographs and/or videos for commercial broadcast, advertising, marketing, or publication in any medium.

Food, beverages and coolers are not permitted on the park premises. However, we may make exceptions for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies, religious requirements or restrictions, and baby food/formula. We will mark approved containers to show that they have been authorized by park staff.

By entering the park, visitors authorize La Ronde to film, record or photograph them on the premises, without compensation or remuneration.

Respect others’ privacy. Visitors may take photos or record videos of members of their own group for personal purposes. However, it is prohibited to intentionally photograph, film, livestream or record other visitors, especially children, without their consent. Any request from another visitor not to be photographed or recorded must be respected.

Any photography or recording activity that constitutes harassment, bullying, an invasion of another visitor’s privacy, or that disrupts the visitor experience may result in removal from the park and, where applicable, revocation of the season passport without refund.

It is also prohibited to photograph, film or livestream staff members, including security officers, ride operators and other employees, for the purpose of harassing them, embarrassing them, or interfering with the performance of their duties. This prohibition includes any recording intended to be posted on social media without the consent of the staff member concerned.

To leave the park and re-enter on the same day, please have your hand stamped when exiting by one of our admissions attendants and re-enter via the re-admission access route. This applies to both one-day ticket holders and Passport holders. Please note that Passports can only be scanned once per day and that the re-admission time may vary depending on events.

One-day ticket and re-entry

Guests must present their ticket to enter the park premises. One-day ticket holders who leave the park and plan to return must obtain a re-admission stamp before leaving the park. When visitors wish to be re-admitted to the park, they must use the re-admission gate and present the appropriate stamp and their original tickets.

La Ronde Passport holders and re-entry

La Ronde Passport holders must present their Passport to enter the park premises. Passport holders who leave the park and plan to return must enter through the re-admission gate and present their Passport again.

In addition to La Ronde’s Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with the park’s policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed, as well as all local, provincial and federal laws. The safety of guests and our staff members is La Ronde’s top priority.

There is an inherent risk in participating in any ride. We expect riders to use good judgment and act responsibly. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use the safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be removed from the park without refund. Please read the specific guidelines posted at each ride entrance.

Guests with certain body proportions (height, weight, disability) that present risks may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints are not suitable for their body type. Specific ride information is available at each attraction and at Guest Services. For shorter guests, a one-time verification service is available at Guest Services so they do not have to be measured at each attraction entrance. However, the attraction attendant reserves the right to allow or deny access to the attraction if, in their judgment, safety conditions cannot be met.
