May I receive a paper copy of my group tickets?
It is no longer possible to send paper tickets. All tickets are now sent electronically.
How do Youth Group Tickets work?
A minimum purchase of 25 one-day youth tickets is required to take advantage of the group rate.
Tickets are non-refundable and valid only on the reserved date (2026 season). Receive one free ticket for every 25 tickets purchased.
The accompanying persons benefit from the same rate as the group.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, cheque and bank transfer. No Interac e-Transfer is accepted.
How does the lunch box work for groups?
The lunch box is picked up at Route 67. It is non-refundable and must be claimed only on the scheduled date of booking.
How do school buses arrive and park?
School buses park and drop off youth at parking lot P8. There are no additional charges, and the driver enters for free. However, the driver must go to the customer service department, located at the two entrances to the park. No buses are allowed to disembark at the front of the park.

What happens if it rains?
For your safety, certain rides must cease operation if it rains. Certain weather conditions may compel the park management to close the rides. Most food concessions and shops, however, remain open. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be offered in the event of a total or partial premature closure of the park.
Food allergies
Visitors with potentially life-threatening sensitivities or allergies may bring food into the park if they are uncomfortable with the menu options available, provided they produce medical documentation. In such cases, food must be limited to the person with allergies and may include: two sealable sandwich bags (7×8 inches) and one snack for their visit (such as a piece of fruit, a fruit bar, or a snack that fits in a sandwich bag).
Attraction Accessibility Program
We are proud of our reputation for providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities through our Attraction Accessibility Program. To ensure equal access for all, we have developed a program that allows visitors with mobility and cognitive impairments to access attractions.
Information regarding access to the attractions is displayed on the safety instruction boards at each attraction. All visitors must meet the requirements for each attraction, including height and health restrictions, to ensure a safe experience.
The following procedures apply to visitors who wish to take advantage of the Attraction Accessibility Program:
Visitors with mobility restrictions or cognitive disabilities who wish to receive an accommodation are encouraged to obtain the CAL or Access 2 card by registering on https://www.carteloisir.ca/ or https://access2card.ca/apply-first-time/. Once the form is completed and the required documents are uploaded to a secure online portal, the visitor will be able to access their digital accessibility card.
Upon arrival at the park, visitors must present their Access 2 card to Guest Services to express their accommodation needs. Some questions can be asked to ensure that the visitor meets the physical criteria necessary to enjoy the attractions safely.
After this conversation, a Customer Service representative will provide the necessary information to participate in the program.
The Six Flags Attraction Accessibility Program is designed to ensure equal access for all visitors, but it does not permit immediate boarding of attractions.

May I pay with cash?
La Ronde is now cashless and only accepts card and mobile payments. You can pay using Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit card. Only have cash? Convert it into a prepaid card at one of our several terminals located throughout the park. You will not incur any fees to convert your cash. We strongly recommend that you prepay for parking, tickets, and other products online before visiting the park.
Are there lockers for my personal belongings?
You can rent lockers for the day. Lockers can be rented at the rental counter located on the left as you enter through the main entrance. First come, first served. Large lockers cost $13 and small lockers cost $10.
Is it possible to bring a reusable water bottle?
Yes, reusable bottles are permitted, but they must be empty upon arrival.
