First and foremost, La Ronde is all about fun. Fun for everyone! This section provides all the information you need to navigate and enjoy the park and all it has to offer, including for people with disabilities. We work closely with the manufacturers of each of our rides, and our policies incorporate with their recommendations and the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) requirements. We hope this guide will assist our visitors in making the best choices to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience in the park. We are proud of our reputation for providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities through our Attraction Accessibility Program. To ensure equal access for all, we have developed a program that allows visitors with mobility and cognitive impairments to access attractions.<\/p>

Information regarding access to the attractions is displayed on the safety instruction boards at each attraction. All visitors must meet the requirements for each attraction, including height and health restrictions, to ensure a safe experience.<\/p>

The following procedures apply to visitors who wish to take advantage of the Attraction Accessibility Program:<\/p>

Visitors with mobility or cognitive impairments who require accommodations are encouraged to apply for a CAL or Access 2<\/strong> card at https:\/\/www.carteloisir.ca\/<\/a> or https:\/\/access2card.ca\/apply-first-time\/<\/a>. Once the form has been completed and the required documents uploaded to a secure online portal, the visitor will be able to access their digital accessibility card.<\/p>

Upon arrival at the park, visitors must present their Access 2<\/strong> card to Customer Service in order to request accommodation. Certain questions may be asked to ensure that visitors meet the physical requirements necessary to enjoy the attractions safely.<\/p>

After this conversation, a Customer Service representative will provide the necessary information to participate in the program.<\/p>

The Six Flags Attraction Accessibility Program is designed to ensure equal access for all visitors, but it does not permit immediate boarding of attractions.<\/p>

Visitors wearing a cast or splint may be restricted from certain attractions if the device cannot be safely secured inside the ride or if it poses a danger to the visitor or others.<\/p>

Visitors wearing a cast or splint that completely immobilizes an arm (blocked elbows) or a leg (blocked knees) will not be able to access most of La Ronde’s attractions. We recommend postponing your visit until the cast is removed.<\/p>

Visitors wearing a prosthetic may only access attractions if they can guarantee that their device is securely fastened and will remain in place throughout the ride. When in doubt about the stability of the prosthetic, we recommend contacting Customer Relations for assistance.<\/p>

Visitors with prosthetic legs are not allowed on the following rides: Chaos, Titan, Vol Ultime, Boomerang, Edn\u00f6r, Goliath, Slingshot, Vampire, Bumper Cars, Demon, Dragon.<\/strong><\/p>

Visitors with certain amputations may be permitted to ride the Vampire and Goliath<\/strong>, provided they use a special full-body harness and have sufficient leg and arm length to be properly secured. Service animals are welcome at La Ronde. A service animal is defined as a dog that has been specifically trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.<\/p>

Service animals must be kept under control with a restraining device and must exhibit appropriate behaviour at all times on our property. Only one service animal is permitted per visitor. A pet relief area is located near the Pizza Ronde restaurant<\/b>, near the main entrance.<\/p>

Due to the nature of most attractions, service animals must stay with a member of your group who is not riding the attraction. We are not authorized to care for your service animal. Visitors can take advantage of our Rider Swap <\/b>policy to alternate between attractions while staying with the animal.<\/p>

Service animals are allowed on the Air Papillon and Grand Carrousel<\/b>. They must be kept on a leash, under the control of their owner, stay on the floor of the carousel, and remain seated on the ground (not on the seat).<\/p>

Service animals are permitted to roam the park’s walkways, including in the fear zones during special events.<\/p>
