Silver Passport 2026 \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h1>

LA RONDE OP\u00c9RATION, INC.’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT GOVERNS HOW CLAIMS BY A PASSPORT HOLDER (“PASSPORT HOLDER” OR “YOU”) AND CLAIMS WE HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED. PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH LA RONDE AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH US ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT PROCEEDINGS AND AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.<\/p>

A Silver Passport from La Ronde Op\u00e9ration, Inc. (“La Ronde”) is valid at La Ronde and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all available rides (unless restricted by conditions that could prevent someone from riding safely, including but not limited to height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, or observed inappropriate behavior), shows, and attractions on any regular operating day of the season at the amusement park for which it was issued.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is valid for one visit per day only; a hand stamp for re-admission is required to re-enter on the same day. Re-admission is not permitted on certain days of the season. Silver Passport holders may possess only one valid season passport per season. The Silver Passport does not grant access to areas of the park that are not open to the general public or that require a separate admission fee. Parking, food, merchandise, games, paid attractions, concerts, and special events are not included unless otherwise indicated at the end of these terms and conditions for each park.<\/p>

To enter the park, a Silver Passport holder must present their passport with a photo of themselves taken during processing and validate it at the park turnstiles. Any attempt to enter using a Silver Passport by a guest to whom the passport was not originally issued will result in immediate confiscation of the passport without refund. Each visit is subject to the rules and restrictions in effect at the park, which may be modified at any time by the park at its sole discretion. Wearing a shirt and soled shoes is mandatory at all times at La Ronde.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is not valid during private evenings or events or special events for which an additional admission fee is required. All dates and operating hours are subject to change without notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closure or cancellation due to weather or other reasons.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is the property of La Ronde and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Cannot be copied or resold and can only be used once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the site. A Silver Passport may also be revoked without refund and the passport holder may be expelled from the park in case of misuse, non-compliance with applicable terms and conditions, or behavior detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of federal, national, and local laws, assisting any person in obtaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in the park with valid identification and used responsibly), drugs, or weapons.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is required to enter the park at all times. In case of loss, theft, or if the Silver Passport is forgotten, the card may be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular park admission ticket may be purchased at full admission price. The Silver Passport cannot be used with any other promotional offer or ticket (except those specifically intended for Silver Passport holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional benefits (such as all-season meal passes, season skip-the-line) added to the Silver Passport can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder. Once benefits are linked to a Silver Passport, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. For benefits to be redeemed, the Silver Passport must be used for entry on the same date.<\/p>

The registered holder of a Silver Passport accepts these terms and other conditions of use and authorizes La Ronde to use their photographic\/video image for advertising, promotional, or other publication purposes without payment or compensation to the holder.<\/p>

In addition to the terms and conditions of this document, a Silver Passport is subject to all federal and provincial government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use a Silver Passport to enter La Ronde. All federal, state\/provincial, and local government orders, as well as applicable park rules and regulations, must be reviewed before any admission attempt. No refund will be granted in case of closure, or total or partial closure resulting from federal or provincial government health and safety orders, or from the City of Montreal. La Ronde and its properties reserve the right to require a park reservation and a valid Silver Passport on the day of entry.<\/p>

Additional Conditions Based on Silver Passport<\/strong><\/p>

The Silver Passport is valid on all operating days until September 7, 2026. Excluding International des Feux Loto-Qu\u00e9bec fireworks days.<\/p>

Other Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Security Check:<\/strong> Before entering the park, all visitors must submit to a bag check and metal detection, to which you hereby consent. Any person refusing this check may be denied access to the park.<\/p>

Lost Items:<\/strong> La Ronde is not responsible for the loss or theft of a passport or ticket holder’s property.<\/p>

Warning and Indemnification:<\/strong> WARNING: PHYSICALLY DEMANDING RIDES AND SLIPPERY SURFACES ARE INHERENT RISKS AT CERTAIN LA RONDE ATTRACTIONS. PLEASE REMAIN VIGILANT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND COMPLY WITH ALL PARK AND ATTRACTION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE POSTED ON THE PREMISES OF A LA RONDE PARK. The passport or ticket holder assumes all risks associated with amusement parks, amusement park rides, and all La Ronde attractions, whether before, during, or after the event, and agrees that La Ronde and its affiliates, as well as their respective owners, operators, employees, members, and\/or agents (collectively, “La Ronde Personnel”) are not liable for bodily injury, property damage, or intangible damages. By purchasing and\/or accepting this season passport or ticket, the passport or ticket holder expressly agrees not to file a claim or legal action against La Ronde Personnel in case of injury or death.<\/p>

By purchasing and\/or accepting this passport or day ticket, the passport or day ticket holder further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Ronde Personnel from any loss, liability, damages, or costs of any nature they may incur as a result of an injury sustained by themselves or by a family member or for whom they explain the meaning of this agreement, even if it is alleged that such injury was caused by negligence on the part of La Ronde Personnel.<\/p>

In any lawsuit brought by a parent on behalf of a minor passport or ticket holder, the parent agrees to fully indemnify La Ronde Personnel.<\/p>

Assumption of Risk<\/p>

The passport or ticket holder acknowledges that there are inherent risks in using La Ronde’s premises and attractions and that these risks may result in serious or even fatal injuries. These risks include, but are not limited to: slippery or uneven surfaces, pools, sudden or abrupt changes in speed, altitude, and\/or direction, and contact or collisions with barriers, walls, ride vehicles, or other parts of La Ronde’s attractions or premises. The passport or ticket holder further acknowledges that, although lifeguards are on duty at certain La Ronde attractions, this does not mean that La Ronde ensures or guarantees the safety of any person at these attractions. The passport or ticket holder acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons in their care when using La Ronde’s attractions, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.<\/p>

The passport or ticket holder expressly assumes all risks and dangers associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signs, all instructions, and all rules. The passport or ticket holder accepts and understands that the use of La Ronde’s premises or attractions is a purely voluntary and recreational activity and that, if they are not prepared to acknowledge the risks and agree not to file a lawsuit, they must not use these premises or attractions. La Ronde will assume no liability in case of bodily injury and\/or serious injury and\/or death or loss to any person in connection with the use of La Ronde’s premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or upon entering or exiting La Ronde’s premises or attractions.<\/p>

Release of Liability:<\/p>

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING AND THE AUTHORIZATION TO VISIT AND USE LA RONDE’S PREMISES AND ATTRACTIONS, THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER EXPRESSLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY LA RONDE PERSONNEL, IF THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER OF THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER SUFFERS BODILY INJURY AND\/OR SERIOUS INJURY AND\/OR DEATH OR LOSS IN ANY MANNER WHILE USING LA RONDE’S PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS OR WHILE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES, EVEN IF THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER ALLEGES THAT SUCH INJURIES ARE THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL.<\/p>

Dispute Resolution: ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER AND LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. In case of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating in any way to these terms and conditions or the use of attractions and\/or parks, the complaining party must notify the other party in writing. The request for arbitration must be made within a reasonable time after the date of the claim, dispute, or other matter in question, and in no case after one year from the time the injured party knew or should have known of the claim, controversy, dispute, or violation. Arbitration will be conducted by three arbitrators (each party will elect one arbitrator within ten (10) days of the commencement of arbitration, and the two arbitrators will choose a third neutral arbitrator within twenty (20) days of their selection). Arbitration will take place in the same province in which La Ronde park is located. Unless required by law, neither party nor its representatives may disclose the existence, content, or results of an arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties. Each party will pay its own costs and attorney fees as well as a proportional share of the arbitrator’s fees and costs.<\/p>

Waiver of Jury Trial: YOU (FOR YOURSELF, MINOR CHILDREN IN YOUR CARE, AND EACH OTHER SEASON PASS OR TICKET HOLDER) AND LA RONDE IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.<\/p>

Gold Passport 2026 \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h1>

Benefits related to the La Ronde Gold Passport are usable only at La Ronde.<\/p>

The Gold Passport is valid during all operating days, until November 1, 2026 inclusive.<\/p>

The two free tickets, offered as a promotional benefit for a limited time, are valid on certain predetermined dates, as set by La Ronde, which may be changed without notice.<\/p>

Private ride access during pre-opening periods, offered as a benefit to Gold Passport holders, is valid on certain predetermined dates, as set by La Ronde, which may be changed without notice.<\/p>

The Gold Passport entitles the holder to a parking discount at La Ronde only. The passport holder must be present in the vehicle to benefit from this advantage.<\/p>

Valid only on regular operating days of the 2026 season. Season passports purchased between May 15 and July 2 include two free tickets for friends: one ticket valid once on August 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, or 27, and another ticket valid once on a Sunday in September. One ticket, voucher, or passport per person. No cancellation, refund, postponement, or exchange; no replacement in case of loss, theft, or non-use. Cannot be copied or resold and can only be used once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the site. Wearing a shirt and footwear with soles is mandatory at all times in the park.<\/p>

The Gold Pass is not valid during private evenings or private events, or special events for which an additional admission fee is required. All operating dates and hours are subject to change without notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closure or cancellation due to weather or other reasons.<\/p>

The Gold Pass remains the property of La Ronde and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value. It may not be copied or resold and may only be used by one individual. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and removal from the premises. A Gold Pass may also be revoked without refund and the holder removed from the park for misuse, failure to comply with applicable terms and conditions, or behavior detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of federal, national or local laws, assisting any person in gaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules or safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, or possession of alcohol (unless purchased in the park with valid identification and consumed responsibly), drugs or weapons.<\/p>

The Gold Pass is required for entry into the park at all times. In the event of loss, theft or forgetfulness, the pass may be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular admission ticket may be purchased at full admission price. The Gold Pass may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or ticket (except those specifically intended for Gold Pass holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional benefits (such as All-Season Dining Passes and season-long Fast Lane) added to the Gold Pass may only be redeemed by the registered cardholder. Once benefits are linked to a Gold Pass, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. To redeem benefits, the Gold Pass must be used for park entry on the same day.<\/p>

The registered Gold Pass holder agrees to these terms and other terms of use and authorizes La Ronde to use their photographic or video image for advertising, promotion or other publications without payment or compensation.<\/p>

In addition to the terms and conditions of this document, a Gold Pass is subject to all federal and provincial government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use the Gold Pass to enter a La Ronde property. All applicable federal, provincial\/state and local government orders, as well as park rules and regulations, must be reviewed prior to attempting admission. No refunds will be issued in the event of closure, in whole or in part, resulting from federal or provincial government health and safety orders or orders from the City of Montreal. La Ronde and its properties reserve the right to require a park reservation and a valid Gold Pass on the day of entry.<\/p>

Additional conditions based on the Gold Pass:<\/p>

La Ronde passes must be activated in person at the park before passholders can access any associated benefits, including access to participating water parks.<\/p>

Benefits associated with the La Ronde Gold Pass are valid exclusively at La Ronde.<\/p>

The Gold Pass is valid on all operating days from the end of the 2026 season through October 31, 2027.<\/p>

The two discounted tickets are valid throughout the season, except on fireworks event days and on all days during the month of October.<\/p>

Private ride access during pre-opening periods, offered as a Gold Pass holder benefit, is valid on certain predetermined dates as set by La Ronde and may be modified without notice.<\/p>

The Gold Pass provides a parking discount exclusively at La Ronde. The pass holder must be present in the vehicle to receive this benefit.<\/p>

Warning and indemnification: WARNING: PHYSICALLY DEMANDING RIDES AND SLIPPERY SURFACES ARE INHERENT RISKS OF CERTAIN LA RONDE ATTRACTIONS. PLEASE REMAIN ALERT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND COMPLY WITH ALL PARK AND ATTRACTION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE POSTED ON LA RONDE PREMISES. The pass or ticket holder assumes all risks associated with amusement parks, rides and attractions of La Ronde, before, during or after the visit, and agrees that La Ronde and its affiliates, and their respective owners, operators, employees, members and\/or agents (collectively, the \u201cLa Ronde Staff\u201d) shall not be responsible for any bodily, property or non-material damages. By purchasing and\/or accepting this season pass or ticket, the holder expressly agrees not to make any claim or initiate legal action against La Ronde Staff in the event of injury or death.<\/p>

By purchasing and\/or accepting this pass or day ticket, the holder further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the La Ronde Staff against any loss, liability, damage or costs of any nature incurred as a result of injury sustained by themselves or a family member, even if such injury is alleged to have been caused by the negligence of La Ronde Staff.<\/p>

In any legal action brought by a parent on behalf of a minor pass or ticket holder, the parent agrees to fully indemnify the La Ronde Staff.<\/p>

Assumption of risk<\/p>

The pass or ticket holder acknowledges that inherent risks exist in the use of La Ronde premises and attractions and that these risks may result in serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, slippery or uneven surfaces, pools, sudden changes in speed, elevation and\/or direction, and contact or collisions with barriers, walls, ride vehicles or other parts of attractions or La Ronde facilities. The holder further acknowledges that although lifeguards may be on duty at certain La Ronde attractions, this does not constitute a guarantee of safety. The holder is solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons under their care while using La Ronde attractions, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.<\/p>

The holder expressly assumes all risks associated with the operation of rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signage, instructions and rules. The holder understands and agrees that use of La Ronde premises and attractions is a purely voluntary and recreational activity, and if they are not prepared to acknowledge the risks and waive legal action, they should not use these facilities or attractions. La Ronde assumes no responsibility for injury, serious injury, death or loss in connection with the use of La Ronde premises, rides or attractions, or while entering or exiting them.<\/p>

Release of liability:<\/p>

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING AND OF THE PERMISSION TO VISIT AND USE LA RONDE PREMISES AND ATTRACTIONS, THE PASS OR TICKET HOLDER EXPRESSLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE THE LA RONDE STAFF FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN THE EVENT THE HOLDER OR A FAMILY MEMBER SUSTAINS BODILY INJURY, SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH OR LOSS OF ANY KIND WHILE USING OR BEING PRESENT ON LA RONDE PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS, EVEN IF SUCH INJURIES ARE ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM NEGLIGENCE BY LA RONDE OR LA RONDE STAFF.<\/p>

Dispute resolution: ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASS OR TICKET HOLDER AND LA RONDE OR LA RONDE STAFF ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of attractions and\/or parks must be communicated in writing. Arbitration must be initiated within a reasonable time after the claim arises and in no event more than one year after the injured party knew or should have known of the claim. Arbitration shall be conducted by three arbitrators. Arbitration shall take place in the province in which the La Ronde park is located. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and proportionate share of arbitrator fees.<\/p>

A Prestige Passport from La Ronde Op\u00e9ration, Inc. (“La Ronde”) is valid at La Ronde, Village Vacances Valcartier, Calypso Water Park, and Wet ‘n’ Wild Toronto parks and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all available rides (unless restricted by conditions that could prevent someone from riding safely, including but not limited to height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, or observed inappropriate behavior), shows, and attractions on any regular operating day of the season at the amusement park for which it was issued.<\/p>

By purchasing and\/or accepting this passport or day ticket, the passport or day ticket holder further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Ronde personnel in the event of loss, liability, damages, or costs of any nature that they may incur as a result of an injury suffered by themselves or by a family member or for whom they explain the meaning of this agreement, even if it is alleged that such injury was caused by negligence on the part of La Ronde personnel.<\/p>

Dispute Resolution: ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER AND LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating in any way to these general terms and conditions or the use of attractions and\/or parks, the complaining party must notify the other party in writing. By purchasing and\/or accepting this season pass or ticket, the pass holder or ticket holder explicitly agrees not to file a claim or lawsuit against La Ronde Personnel in the event of injury or death.<\/p>

By purchasing and\/or accepting this pass or day ticket, the pass holder or day ticket holder further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Ronde Personnel from any loss, liability, damages, or costs of any kind incurred as a result of injury to themselves or a family member, even if such injury is alleged to have been caused by negligence on the part of La Ronde Personnel. In any lawsuit brought by a parent on behalf of a minor pass holder or ticket holder, the parent agrees to fully indemnify La Ronde Personnel.<\/p>

The pass holder or ticket holder further acknowledges that although lifeguards may be on duty at certain attractions, this does not mean that La Ronde ensures or guarantees the safety of any person in those attractions. The pass holder or ticket holder is solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons in their care, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.<\/p>

The pass holder or ticket holder expressly assumes all risks and dangers associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signage, instructions, and rules. The pass holder or ticket holder understands and agrees that the use of La Ronde\u2019s premises and attractions is a purely voluntary and recreational activity, and that if they are not prepared to acknowledge the risks and agree not to bring a lawsuit, they should not use these premises or attractions. La Ronde assumes no responsibility for bodily injury, serious injury, death, or loss arising from the use of La Ronde\u2019s premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or upon entering or exiting La Ronde facilities or attractions.<\/p>

Release of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING AND OF THE PERMISSION TO VISIT AND USE LA RONDE\u2019S PREMISES AND ATTRACTIONS, THE PASS HOLDER OR TICKET HOLDER EXPRESSLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE LA RONDE PERSONNEL FROM ALL LIABILITY IF THE PASS HOLDER OR TICKET HOLDER OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER SUFFERS BODILY INJURY AND\/OR SERIOUS INJURY AND\/OR DEATH OR LOSS IN ANY WAY WHILE USING LA RONDE\u2019S PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS OR WHILE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES, EVEN IF SUCH INJURIES ARE ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL.<\/p>

Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>

ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASS HOLDER OR TICKET HOLDER AND LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of attractions and\/or parks, the complaining party must notify the other party in writing. The arbitration demand must be made within a reasonable time after the date of the claim or dispute, and in no event later than one (1) year from the time the injured party knew or should have known of the claim, controversy, dispute, or breach. Arbitration shall be conducted by three arbitrators (each party shall appoint one arbitrator within ten (10) days of the commencement of arbitration, and the two arbitrators shall select a third neutral arbitrator within twenty (20) days of their selection). Arbitration shall take place in the same province in which La Ronde park is located, and applicable laws shall apply. Unless required by law, no party or its representatives may disclose the existence, content, or results of arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys\u2019 fees and a proportional share of the arbitrators\u2019 fees and costs.<\/p>

A Silver Passport from La Ronde Op\u00e9ration, Inc. (“La Ronde”) is valid at La Ronde and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all available rides (unless restricted by conditions that could prevent someone from riding safely, including, but not limited to, height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, or observed inappropriate behavior), shows, and attractions on any regular operating day of the season at the amusement park for which it was issued. <\/p>

The Silver Passport is valid for only one visit per day; a hand stamp for readmission is required to re-enter on the same day. Readmission is not permitted on certain days of the season. Silver Passport holders may possess only one valid season passport per season. The Silver Passport does not provide access to park areas that are not open to the general public or that require a separate admission fee. Parking, food, merchandise, games, paid attractions, concerts, and special events fees are not included, unless otherwise indicated at the end of these general terms and conditions, for each park. <\/p>

To enter the park, a Silver Passport holder must present their passport with a photo of themselves taken during processing and validate it at the park turnstiles. Any attempt to enter using a Silver Passport by a guest to whom the passport was not originally issued will result in immediate confiscation of the passport without refund. Each visit is subject to the rules and restrictions in effect at the park, which may be modified at any time by the park, at its sole discretion. Wearing a shirt and shoes with soles is mandatory at all times at La Ronde. <\/p>

The Silver Passport is not valid during evenings or private events or special events for which an additional admission fee is required. All opening dates and times are subject to change without notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closure or cancellation due to weather or other reasons. <\/p>

The Silver Passport is the property of La Ronde and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Cannot be copied or resold and can only be used once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the site. A Silver Passport may also be revoked without refund and the passport holder may be expelled from the park in the event of misuse, non-compliance with applicable general terms and conditions, or behavior detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of federal, national, and local laws, assisting anyone in obtaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in the park with valid identification and used responsibly), drugs, or weapons. <\/p>

The Silver Passport is required to enter the park at any time. In the event of loss, theft, or forgetting of the Gold Passport, the card may be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular park admission ticket may be purchased at full admission price. The Silver Passport cannot be used with any other promotional offer or ticket (except those specifically intended for Gold Passport holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional benefits (such as all-season meal passes, season skip-the-line) added to the Silver Passport can only be redeemed by the registered holder of the card. Once benefits are linked to a Gold Passport, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. For benefits to be redeemed, the Silver Passport must be used for entry on the same date.<\/p>

The registered holder of a Silver Passport accepts these terms and other conditions of use and authorizes La Ronde to use their photographic\/video image for advertising, promotional, or other publication purposes without payment or compensation to the holder.<\/p>

In addition to the terms and conditions of this document, a Silver Passport is subject to all federal and provincial government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use a Silver Passport to enter La Ronde. All federal, state\/provincial, and local government orders, as well as applicable park rules and regulations, must be reviewed before any admission attempt. No refund will be granted in the event of closure, or total or partial closure resulting from federal or provincial government health and safety orders, or from the City of Montreal. By purchasing and\/or accepting this passport or day ticket, the passport or day ticket holder further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Ronde personnel in the event of loss, liability, damages, or costs of any nature that they may incur as a result of an injury suffered by themselves or by a family member or for whom they explain the meaning of this agreement, even if it is alleged that such injury was caused by negligence on the part of La Ronde personnel.<\/p>

In any lawsuit brought by a parent on behalf of a minor passport or ticket holder, the parent agrees to fully indemnify La Ronde personnel.<\/p>

Assumption of Risk<\/p>

The holder of a pass or ticket acknowledges that there are inherent risks in the use of the premises and attractions of La Ronde and that these risks may result in serious injury or even death. These risks include, but are not limited to: slippery or uneven surfaces, pools, sudden or abrupt changes in speed, altitude and\/or direction, and contact or collisions with barriers, walls, ride vehicles, or other parts of the attractions or premises of La Ronde. The Pass or ticket holder further acknowledges that, although lifeguards are on duty at certain La Ronde attractions, this does not mean that La Ronde ensures or guarantees the safety of any person at these attractions. The pass or ticket holder acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons in their care when using La Ronde attractions, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard. <\/p>

The pass or ticket holder explicitly assumes all risks and dangers associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signs, instructions, and rules. The Pass or ticket holder accepts and understands that the use of La Ronde premises or attractions is a purely voluntary and recreational activity and that, if they are not prepared to acknowledge the risks and agree not to sue, they must not use these premises or attractions. La Ronde shall assume no liability for personal injury and\/or serious injury and\/or death or loss to any person in connection with the use of La Ronde premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or when entering or exiting La Ronde premises or attractions. <\/p>

Release of Liability:<\/p>

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING AND THE PERMISSION TO VISIT AND USE THE PREMISES AND ATTRACTIONS OF LA RONDE, THE PASS OR TICKET HOLDER EXPLICITLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY LA RONDE PERSONNEL, IF THE PASS OR TICKET HOLDER OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER OF THE PASS OR TICKET HOLDER SUFFERS PERSONAL INJURY AND\/OR SERIOUS INJURY AND\/OR DEATH OR LOSS OF ANY KIND WHILE USING LA RONDE PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS OR WHILE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES, EVEN IF THE PASS OR TICKET HOLDER CLAIMS THAT SUCH INJURIES ARE THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL.<\/p>

Dispute Resolution: ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASS OR TICKET HOLDER AND LA RONDE OR LA RONDE PERSONNEL ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these terms and conditions or the use of the attractions and\/or parks, the complaining party must notify the other party in writing. The request for arbitration must be made within a reasonable time after the date of the claim, dispute, or other matter in question, and in no case after one year from the time the injured party became aware or should have become aware of the claim, controversy, dispute, or breach. The arbitration will be conducted by three arbitrators (each party will elect one arbitrator within ten (10) days of the start of the arbitration, and the two arbitrators will choose a third neutral arbitrator within twenty (20) days of their selection). The arbitration will take place in the same province in which the La Ronde park is located. Unless required by law, neither a party nor its representatives may disclose the existence, content, or results of an arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties. Each party will pay its own costs and attorney fees as well as a proportional share of the arbitrator’s costs and fees. <\/p>

Jury Trial Waiver: YOU (FOR YOURSELF, THE MINOR CHILDREN IN YOUR CARE, AND EVERY OTHER SEASON PASS OR TICKET HOLDER) AND LA RONDE IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.<\/p>

Prestige Pass \u2013 terms and conditions<\/strong><\/h1>

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LA RONDE OPERATION, INC. CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT GOVERNS HOW CLAIMS FROM A PASS HOLDER (“PASS HOLDER” OR “YOU”) AND CLAIMS WE HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED. PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH LA RONDE AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH US ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT PROCEEDINGS AND AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. <\/p>

A Prestige Pass from La Ronde Operation, Inc. (“La Ronde”) is valid at La Ronde, Village Vacances Valcartier, Calypso Water Park, and Wet \u2018n\u2019 Wild Toronto parks and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all available rides (unless restricted by conditions that might prohibit someone from riding safely, including, but not limited to, height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart problems, or observed inappropriate behavior), shows, and attractions during any regular operating day of the season in the amusement park for which it was issued. <\/p>

The Prestige Pass is only valid for one visit per day; a manual re-admission stamp is required to re-enter on the same day. Re-admission is not permitted on certain days of the season. Prestige Pass holders may only possess one valid season pass per season. The Prestige Pass does not grant access to areas of the park that are not open to the general public or that require a separate admission fee. Parking, dining, merchandise, games, pay-per-use attractions, concerts, and special events fees are not included, unless otherwise stated at the end of these terms and conditions for each park. <\/p>

To enter the park, the Prestige Pass holder must present their pass with a photo of them taken during processing and validate it at the park turnstiles. Any attempt to enter using a Prestige Pass by a guest to whom the pass was not originally issued will result in the immediate confiscation of the pass without refund. Each visit is subject to the rules and restrictions in effect at the park, which may be modified at any time by the park at its sole discretion. Wearing a shirt and shoes with soles is mandatory at all times at La Ronde. <\/p>

The Prestige Pass is not valid during private evenings or events or special events for which an additional admission fee is required. All opening dates and times are subject to change without notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closure or cancellation for weather or other reasons. <\/p>

The Prestige Pass is the property of La Ronde and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. It cannot be copied or resold and can only be used once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the site. A Prestige Pass may also be revoked without refund and the pass holder may be expelled from the park in the event of misuse, failure to comply with applicable terms and conditions, or behavior detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of federal, state, and local laws, assisting any person in obtaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in the park with valid ID and used responsibly), drugs, or weapons. <\/p>

The Prestige Pass is required to enter the park at all times. In case of loss, theft, or if the Prestige Pass is forgotten, the card can be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular park admission ticket can be purchased at the full admission price. The Prestige Pass cannot be used with any other promotional offer or any other ticket (except those specifically intended for Prestige Pass holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional benefits (such as All-Season Dining Passes, season Flash Pass) added to the Prestige Pass can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder. Once benefits are linked to a Prestige Pass, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. For benefits to be redeemed, the Prestige Pass must be used for entry on the same date.<\/p>

The registered holder of a Prestige Pass accepts these terms and other terms of use and authorizes La Ronde to use their photographic\/video image for advertising, promotion, or other publications without payment or compensation to the holder.<\/p>

In addition to the terms and conditions herein, a Prestige Pass is subject to all federal and provincial government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use a Prestige Pass to enter La Ronde. All federal, state\/provincial, and local government orders, as well as applicable park rules and regulations, must be reviewed before any admission attempt. No refunds will be given in the event of closure, or total or partial closure resulting from health and safety orders from the federal or provincial government, or the City of Montreal. La Ronde and its properties reserve the right to require a park reservation and a valid Prestige Pass on the day of entry. <\/p>

Additional conditions based on the Prestige Pass:<\/strong><\/p>

La Ronde passes must be activated at the La Ronde site before allowing access to associated benefits, including notably access to other participating water parks.<\/p>

Benefits related to the La Ronde Prestige Pass are usable only at La Ronde.<\/p>

The Prestige Pass is valid during all operating days up to and including November 1, 2026.<\/p>

The two free tickets are valid at all times except on fireworks days and during the Fright Fest.<\/p>

Private access to rides during pre-opening periods, offered as a benefit to the Prestige Pass holder, is valid on certain predetermined dates as set by La Ronde, which may be modified without notice.<\/p>

The Prestige Pass entitles the holder to a discount on parking at La Ronde only. The pass holder must be present in the vehicle to benefit from this advantage. <\/p>

Other general terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Security Screening:<\/strong> Before entering the park, all visitors must undergo bag checks and metal detection, to which you hereby consent. Anyone refusing this check could be denied access to the park. <\/p>

Lost Items:<\/strong> La Ronde is not responsible for the loss or theft of a pass or ticket holder’s property.<\/p>

Warning and Indemnification:<\/strong> WARNING: PHYSICALLY DEMANDING RIDES, SLIPPERY SURFACES, ARE INHERENT RISKS AT CERTAIN LA RONDE ATTRACTIONS. PLEASE REMAIN VIGILANT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND COMPLY WITH ALL PARK AND ATTRACTION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE POSTED ON THE PREMISES OF A LA RONDE PARK. The pass or ticket holder assumes all risks related to amusement parks, amusement park rides, and all La Ronde attractions, whether before, during, or after the event, and agrees that La Ronde and its affiliates, as well as their respective owners, operators, employees, members and\/or agents (collectively, “La Ronde personnel”) shall not be liable for any personal, material, or immaterial damages caused. By purchasing and\/or accepting this season pass or ticket, the pass or ticket holder explicitly agrees not to file a claim or legal action against La Ronde personnel in the event of injury or death. <\/p>
