THE SIX FLAGS ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW PASSPORT HOLDER (\u201cPASSPORT HOLDER\u201d OR \u201cYOU\u201d) CLAIMS AND CLAIMS BETWEEN US ARE RESOLVED. PLEASE READ THIS CLAUSE CAREFULLY. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH SIX FLAGS AND HAVE LIMITED REMEDIES. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH US ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.<\/p>

A Silver Passport from Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (\u201cSix Flags\u201d) is valid only in the park for which it was issued and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all available rides (unless restricted by conditions that might prevent someone from riding safely, including, but not limited to, height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, or observed inappropriate behaviour), shows, and attractions on any regular opening day of the season in the amusement park for which it was issued.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is valid for only one visit per day; a manual re-entry stamp is required to enter again on the same day. Readmission is not permitted on certain days of the season. Silver Passport holders may only possess one valid Season Passport per season. The Silver Passport does not provide access to areas of the park that are not open to the general public or that require a separate admission fee. Parking fees, food and drinks, merchandise, games, paid attractions, concerts, and special events are not included, unless otherwise stated at the end of these Terms and Conditions for each park.<\/p>

To enter the park, Silver Passport holders must show their Passport with the photo taken during processing and validate it at the park turnstiles. Any attempt to enter using a Silver Passport by a guest to whom the Passport was not originally issued will result in the immediate confiscation of Passport without refund. Each visit is subject to the rules and restrictions in force in the park, which are subject to change at any time by the park at its sole discretion. Shirts and closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the park.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is not valid for parties or private events, park buyouts, or special events for which an additional entry fee is required. All dates and business hours are subject to change without prior notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closure or cancellation due to weather or other factors.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is the property of Six Flags and is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Copy or resell is prohibited and it can only be used once. Any duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the premise. A Silver Passport may also be revoked without refund and the Passport holder may be removed from the park in the event of misuse, failure to comply with applicable Terms and Conditions, or harmful behaviour, including theft of goods or services, violation of federal, provincial, and local laws, assisting any person in gaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication and possession of alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in the park with valid identification and used responsibly), drugs, or weapons.<\/p>

The Silver Passport is required to enter the park at all time. In the event of loss, theft, or misplacement of the Silver Passport, the ID card can be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular park admission ticket can be purchased at full price. The Silver Passport cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or ticket (except those specifically reserved for Silver Passport holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional perks (such as full-season Dining Passports, full-season Fast Track Pass) added to the Silver Passport can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder. Once perks are linked to a Silver Passport, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. To redeem perks, the Silver Passport must be used for admission on the same date.<\/p>

The registered Silver Passport holder agrees to these terms and other terms of use and allows Six Flags to use their photo\/video image for advertising, promotional, or other marketing purposes with no payment or compensation to the holder. Admission to all other Six Flags parks is not included. Visit the website www.sixflags.com for a complete list of all Six Flags parks and locations.<\/p>

In addition to the Terms and Conditions herein, a Silver Passport is subject to all federal and provincial health and safety regulations in effect at the time the registered holder uses a Silver Passport to enter Six Flags property. All federal, state\/provincial, and local government mandates, as well as park rules and regulations applicable to the location of each Six Flags property, must be reviewed prior to any admission. No refunds will be given in the event of closure, or total or partial closure resulting from health and safety orders issued by the federal or provincial government, or the City of Montreal. Six Flags and its properties reserve the right to require a park reservation and a valid Silver Passport on the day of admission.<\/p>

Additional conditions based on location:<\/p>

La Ronde: The Silver Passport is valid on all business days until September 7, 2026. Excluding the days of fire of the International des Feux Loto-Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>

Other Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Security check:<\/strong>\u00a0Before entering the park, all visitors must undergo a bag check and metal detection, to which you hereby consent. Anyone who refuses this check may be denied access to the park.<\/p>

Lost and found:<\/strong>\u00a0Six Flags is not responsible for the loss or theft of a Passport or Ticket holder’s belongings.<\/p>

Liability Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0CAUTION: PHYSICALLY DEMANDING RIDES AND SLIPPERY SURFACES ARE INHERENT RISKS OF CERTAIN SIX FLAGS ATTRACTIONS. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND OBEY ALL SIX FLAGS PARK AND ATTRACTION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE DISPLAYED ON SIX FLAGS PREMISES. The Passport or Ticket holder accepts all risks associated with amusement parks, rides and all Six Flags attractions, whether before, during, or after the event, and agrees that Six Flags and its affiliates, as well as their respective owners, operators, employees, members, and\/or agents (collectively, \u201cSix Flags staff\u201d) shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential damages. By purchasing and\/or accepting this Season Passport or Ticket, the Pass or Ticket holder explicitly agrees not to file a claim or take legal action against Six Flags staff in the event of injury or death.<\/p>

By purchasing and\/or accepting this Passport or Single Day Ticket, the holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Six Flags staff from any and all loss, liability, damages, or costs of any kind that they may incur as a result of injury to themselves or a family member, even if it is alleged that such injury was caused by negligence on the part of Six Flags staff.<\/p>

In any lawsuit initiated by a parent on behalf of a minor holding a Passport or Ticket, the parent agrees to fully indemnify Six Flags staff.<\/p>

Risk Management<\/p>

A Passport or Ticket holder acknowledges that there are inherent risks in using the Six Flags’ premises and attractions, and that these risks may lead to serious injury or even death. These risks include, but are not limited to: slippery or uneven surfaces, swimming pools, sudden or abrupt changes in speed, altitude, and\/or direction, and contact or collisions with barriers, walls, ride carts, or other parts of Six Flags attractions or premises. The Passport or Ticket holder further acknowledges that, although lifeguards are on duty at certain Six Flags attractions, this does not imply that Six Flags ensures or guarantees the safety of any individual at these attractions. The Passport or Ticket holder acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons in their care while using Six Flags attractions, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.<\/p>

The Passport or Ticket holder explicitly accepts all risks and dangers involved in the use of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signs, instructions, and rules. The holder of the Passport or ticket agrees and understands that the use of Six Flags’ facilities or attractions is purely voluntary and recreational, and that if they are unwilling to acknowledge the risks and agree not to sue, they should not use the premises or attractions. Six Flags shall not be liable for any personal injury and\/or serious injury and\/or death or loss to any person arising from the use of Six Flags premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or while entering or exiting Six Flags premises or attractions.<\/p>

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOREGOING AND AUTHORIZATION TO VISIT AND USE THE SIX FLAGS PREMISES AND ATTRACTIONS, THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER EXPLICITLY AGREES NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE SIX FLAGS STAFF FROM ANY LIABILITY, IF THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER OR ANY MEMBER OF THEIR FAMILY SUFFERS BODILY INJURY AND\/OR SERIOUS INJURY AND\/OR OR DEATH OR LOSS OF ANY KIND WHILE USING THE SIX FLAGS PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS OR WHILE ON THE PREMISES, EVEN IF THE PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER CLAIMS THAT SUCH INJURIES ARE THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE BY SIX FLAGS OR SIX FLAGS STAFF.<\/p>

Dispute Resolution: ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU OR ANY OTHER PASSPORT OR TICKET HOLDER AND SIX FLAGS OR SIX FLAGS STAFF UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. In the event of a dispute or claim arising from or in any way related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of Six Flags attractions and\/or parks, the plaintiff must notify the other party in writing. The request for arbitration must be made within a reasonable period of time following the date of the claim, dispute, or other matter, and under no circumstances later than one year after the injured party knew or should have known of the claim, dispute or violation. The arbitration shall be conducted by three arbitrators (each party shall appoint one arbitrator within ten (10) days of the initiation of arbitration, and the two arbitrators shall select a third neutral arbitrator within twenty (20) days of their appointment). The arbitration will take place in the same region as the Six Flags park where the dispute occurred, and the laws of the state or province where the Six Flags park is located will apply. Unless required by law, neither a party nor its representatives may disclose the existence, content, or results of an arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties. Each party shall pay its own legal fees and expenses and a proportionate share of the arbitrator’s fees and expenses.<\/p>

Waiver of Jury Trial: YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, ANY MINORS IN YOUR CARE, AND OTHER SEASON PASS OR TICKET HOLDER) AND SIX FLAGS IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.<\/p>

Gold Passport \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/h2>

The Prestige Passport is the property of Six Flags and is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Copy or resell is prohibited and it can only be used once. Any duplication will result in revocation without refund and expulsion from the premise. A Prestige Passport may also be revoked without refund and the Passport holder may be removed from the park in the event of misuse, failure to comply with applicable Terms and Conditions, or harmful behaviour, including theft of goods or services, violation of federal, provincial, and local laws, assisting any person in gaining unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication and possession of alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in the park with valid identification and used responsibly), drugs, or weapons.<\/p>

The Prestige Passport is required to enter the park at all time. In the event of loss, theft, or misplacement of the Silver Passport, the ID card can be replaced (only at the issuing park) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular park admission ticket can be purchased at full price. The Prestige Passport cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or ticket (except those specifically reserved for Prestige Passport holders). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.<\/p>

All additional perks (such as full-season Dining Passports, full-season Fast Track Pass) added to the Prestige Passport can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder. Once perks are linked to a Prestige Passport, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. To redeem perks, the Prestige Passport must be used for admission on the same date.<\/p>

The registered Prestige Passport holder agrees to these terms and other terms of use and allows Six Flags to use their photo\/video image for advertising, promotional, or other marketing purposes with no payment or compensation to the holder. No refunds will be given in the event of closure, or total or partial closure resulting from health and safety orders issued by the federal or provincial government, or the City of Montreal. The Passport or Ticket holder further acknowledges that, although lifeguards are on duty at certain Six Flags attractions, this does not imply that Six Flags ensures or guarantees the safety of any individual at these attractions. The Passport or Ticket holder acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own safety and that of minors or other persons in their care while using Six Flags attractions, regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.<\/p>

The Passport or Ticket holder explicitly accepts all risks and dangers involved in the use of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and comply with all safety and warning signs, instructions, and rules. The holder of the Passport or ticket agrees and understands that the use of Six Flags’ facilities or attractions is purely voluntary and recreational, and that if they are unwilling to acknowledge the risks and agree not to sue, they should not use the premises or attractions. A Prestige Passport with the\u00a0All Parks Passport<\/em>\u00a0add-on is valid for free parking in all parks. The Gold Passport with the\u00a0All Parks Passport<\/em>\u00a0add-on offers a discount on parking at La Ronde. The cardholder must be present in the vehicle. Parking, food, merchandise, games, paid attractions, concerts, and special event fees are not included unless otherwise stated at the end of these Terms and Conditions for each park.<\/p>
